Report: Contractors say BIM work is likely to increase by 50%

The use of building information modeling has gained momentum in places such as South Korea, Brazil and Japan, which are likely to outpace established BIM areas such as the U.S., according to a McGraw Hill Construction report. Two-thirds of construction companies say they have experienced a positive return on their BIM investments, and contractors say their BIM-related work is likely to increase by 50% over the next two years, according to the report.
