FTC proposes mandated label for sex spammers

The FTC has proposed that commercial spammers promoting sexually oriented products or services must include the following uppercase text in the e-mail's subject area: "SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT-CONTENT." The label proposal is the first of seven anti-spamming rules the FTC is implementing under the new Can-Spam Act.
