Health-privacy issues add to stimulus-package pain

President Barack Obama's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act contains provisions for changing Health Insurance Privacy and Portability Act privacy guideline that could mean a cluster of headaches for employers and their health care plans. Employers and health plans would be required to notify workers when their private personal health information is compromised. Written notice must be given within 60 days of a discovered breach.
