Leibowitz to head FTC

Jon Leibowitz will be tapped to head the Federal Trade Commission, possibly signaling a move to an era of increased regulation of online ad targeting and enforcement, this article says. Leibowitz, who was formerly VP-congressional affairs for the Motion Picture Association of America, is a sitting commissioner, and, as such, will not require Senate confirmation to take up the gavel as chairman.
