NBCT, longtime teacher named "Outstanding Woman"

A National Board Certified Teacher in Ohio has been named one of six Outstanding Women of Clinton County. Judith Kay Johnston, a longtime high-school science teacher, also acts as an adviser to several academic organizations, and college officials have said her students are the most prepared in science.
