Tennessee workers offered buyout packages from Black & Decker

Black & Decker has offered voluntary buyouts to all hourly employees at its plant in South Jackson, Tenn. The 465,000-square-foot facility produces air compressors, gas-powered generators and pressure washers, as well as components for the equipment. Black & Decker laid off 33 employees in January at its two Jackson plants.
