Key senators push bipartisan agreement on regulatory reform

Senate banking committee Chairman Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., and Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., met with Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to discuss legislation overhauling financial regulation. "We're working, a lot of members are, the door's open," Dodd said. Geithner was pleased that the lawmakers are moving forward with negotiations, a Treasury Department official said.
