The time may be right for entrepreneurs looking to sell

After a tough year in business sales, the tide is turning, according to Bill Roman, managing director of the Boston office of Harris Williams, which advises businesses on mergers and acquisitions and concentrates on sales in the range of $25 million to $1 billion. Roman says deals are picking up and valuations are strong for businesses that made it through the recession and even prospered amid the downturn.
