Why companies should care about their employees' health

Companies need to start taking their workers' health seriously or prepare to pay the price, writes Paul Lotharius. A graying, obese, illness-prone workforce will be less productive than well-managed, healthier and fitter employees, so it's in companies' own interest to encourage good health practices.
