AdWords feature combines coupons, offers with search

Google expects to debut a new feature combining AdWords search with coupons and discount offers by the end of the week, writes Laurie Sullivan. "When someone clicks on the ad they are directed to a landing page to print out a coupon or offer they can take to a physical location for in-store redemption," Sullivan writes. WordStream Chief Technology Officer Larry Kim says the tool represents "a better deal than Groupon."
