The Oregon Department of Energy intends to take another look at its approval of $30 million in tax credits for a 338-turbine wind farm after its qualification under state rules that distinguish "separate and distinct" renewable energy projects were questioned. "Because of this information, we do need to revisit this one. We are going to do some work and actually legitimately look at it and review our determinations. We need some time to review all the facts," Kyleen Stone, the department's deputy director, said.
