N.D. mulls building infrastructure to process, develop excess natural gas

North Dakota is seeking investment in infrastructure that will put the state's excess natural gas to good use. At a recent conference in Washington, D.C., Gov. Jack Dalrymple encouraged investors to invest in manufacturing facilities and processing plants to profit from excess gas in the state. "We have this incredible opportunity to capture something of huge economic value that is simply not capturing any value as of today," he said.
