Not every woman fits the Entrepreneur Barbie mold

Mattel's decision to introduce an Entrepreneur Barbie isn't great news for women business owners, writes Carrie Kerpen, CEO and co-founder of Likeable Media. That's because there is no one mold that all women entrepreneurs can fit into. "What makes an entrepreneur is not an outfit or a smartphone or a briefcase," Kerpen writes. "What makes a female entrepreneur is a woman who is confident enough to be willing to take a risk in order to control her own career."
