Retail centers in Pennsylvania's Schuylkill County are focusing on building their tenant bases and increasing foot traffic by leveraging their locations and strengths. At the Cressona retail center, tenants include a supermarket and office supply store that have withstood economic woes, as well as an auto parts store and discount general retailer that have proven successful as consumers try to save money. At Fairlane Village, executives try to seek both local and national tenants.
