Cell phones link consumers with outdoor ads

For marketers, cell phones and mobile devices are a potential way to influence consumers when they are out making purchasing decisions. Akoo International is launching a service called m-Venue that allows advertisers to transmit coupons and other promotions to consumers from a digital outdoor billboard to customers' mobile devices.
