FDA OKs Boston Scientific cardiac devices

The FDA has granted Boston Scientific Corp. approvals for three of its cardiac devices: the Confient implantable cardioverter defibrillator, the Livian cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator and an upgraded Latitude patient management system. Doctors can wirelessly monitor their patients on the updated Latitude system with the aid of the other two devices.
