Sunday night's airing of the 80th Annual Academy Awards ranks as the least-watched Oscar telecast of all time, posting a rating of 10.7 among adults 18 to 49 and averaging 32 million viewers -- a 20% drop in viewers from last year's broadcast. Oscar's previous lowest ratings were in 2003.
