Wal-Mart tunes in to upscale demographics

Wal-Mart Stores is upgrading its image at certain locations, such as in Dallas and Austin, Texas, to more closely match the demographics of the region. The retail giant is redesigning its facade, adding upscale coffee shops and sushi shops, and in one location it opened a luxury store that sells $500 wine and wood floors.
