Eclipse Aviation forced into Chapter 7 liquidation

In a memo to its employees, Eclipse Aviation said the company's senior creditors filed a motion in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware to convert the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy into a Chapter 7 liquidation. Creditors described many undelivered promises and expectations in the resurrection of the long-troubled company and said the company had not been able to obtain the needed financing to win approval of the sale of EclipseJet Aviation International Inc.
