Obama's budget seeks $634 billion for health care reform

President Barack Obama is expected to announce his first budget seeks $634 billion over a decade to serve as a down payment for health care reform. Obama has eight main goals for revamping the U.S. health care system, including letting patients keep the insurance or doctors of their choice, White House officials said.
