Airlines adjust change fees as storms disrupt travel

Hundreds of flights in Baltimore, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., have been canceled because of the threat of a new snowstorm, prompting several airlines to waive fees for travelers who have to change their itineraries. As much as six to 12 inches of snow could fall today on major metropolitan areas in the Northeast.
