Survey: More employers encourage workers to get healthy

A survey shows employers are being more proactive in pushing for better employee health, with 66% providing incentives for workers to complete health-risk assessments and 56% providing health coaches, reports Towers Watson and the National Business Group on Health. But encouraging employees to take responsibility for their health is an "uphill battle," says Ted Nussbaum, Towers Watson senior consultant.
