Hearst partners with Social Amp to give readers more social experience

Hearst magazines are about to become more interactive. The MagShare platform will allow users to post articles with preset tags such as "want" and "love." The feature is now available on Cosmopolitan's site, with Marie Claire and Bazaar getting the upgrade soon. "The main goal behind it was to build our social audience, to move beyond 'like' and ‘share’ and to integrate into the core Facebook experience," said Brian Madden, executive director of social media at Hearst Digital.
