Samsung aims to improve Android security

Samsung Electronics says its KNOX tools will make it easier to separate and secure corporate and personal data on Android smartphones and tablet computers. KNOX runs in Android's BIOS, Samsung says, and the company is providing more than 700 APIs to accommodate mobile-device-management software from vendors including AirWatch, Juniper Networks, Mobile Iron and Sybase.
