Sanchez Cano shifts focus to exports

Geert Meijs, export manager for Spanish confectioner Sanchez Cano, said the export market is growing more quickly than domestic sales. "I believe who stops innovating dies," he said. "But we will not do so. ... Every year we have new machines, new packaging machinery and new ideas." The company currently exports about half its products and is looking to grow sales in Asia, Meijs said.
