High-school students in Oklahoma soon will be required to demonstrate knowledge in banking, taxes, investing, loans, insurance and more. Budget constraints and scheduling conflicts have led some schools to incorporate the topics into existing government, history and economics classes and look to virtual-learning options, sometimes provided by local banks.
