Understanding AdKeeper's failed online revolution

AdKeeper was supposed to change the face of online advertising by introducing a method to allow Web surfers to store ads for later. The company was able to raise $43 million but never got much traction, and eventually it became clear that it wasn't working. Founder Scott Kurnit saved the company by pivoting to an e-commerce operation known as Keep.
