Fake friends better than none, according to start-up

Seeking "to turn cyberlosers into social-networking magnets," FakeYourSpace.com is a new service for users of MySpace and similar sites to wow friends and prospective employers with galleries of fake friends -- mostly attractive models. The start-up, which was attracting 50,000 hits a day, is on a temporary hiatus but plans to relaunch on Thursday.
