Some airlines increase restrictions on bags

Several airlines have added new restrictions on luggage. Spirit Airlines, for example, now allows travelers to check just one bag, down from two. British Airways will stop accepting bags that weigh more than 51 pounds each, and Aer Lingus has lowered its weight allowances on both carry-on and checked luggage.
