Second D.C.-area run-in under investigation

A United Express regional jet clipped the wing of a United Airlines Airbus at Dulles International Airport on Sunday, triggering an investigation by federal authorities. It was the second such incident in the nation's capital in just over a week. On Feb. 17, a regional jet operating as a US Airways Express fligh hit the wing of a larger US Airways jet at Reagan National Airport.
