Office occupancies and rents falling worldwide

Virtually all of the world's major office markets are seeing declining rents and occupancy rents, according to recently released reports by both Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis. Even landlords in the historically tight Hong Kong market are giving in to lower rents, although the decline there is much less dramatic than in Tokyo and London.
