Report: Digital only growth segment in local ad markets

Local U.S. ad spending, weighed down by print, TV and radio, is forecast to decline by 1.4% annually from 2008 levels through 2013, according to a new report from BIA and The Kelsey Group. However, the local digital media spend is projected to climb from $14 billion to $32.1 billion in this same time frame.
