UBS replaces Rohner with Grubel as CEO

UBS said Oswald Grubel, a Credit Suisse executive for almost 40 years, will immediately replace Marcel Rohner as CEO. Rohner informed the bank's board in January of his retirement intentions, UBS said. Grubel was head of Credit Suisse, the second-largest Swiss banking group, from 2003 to 2007.
