4A's combines its leadership and media conferences

The 4A's decision to combine its leadership and media conferences into one, beginning Sunday, is more cost-effective for the organization, but it also reflects a new business reality of collaboration. "People used to be in a siloed mentality," says 4A's chief executive Nancy Hill. "In the last year, we've had a lot of discussions that it was time for everybody to find a unifying spirit."
