Arizona poll shows strong opposition to sales tax hike

An NFIB poll in Arizona indicates 71% of the members emphatically oppose a proposed 1-cent sales tax hike. "In conversations I've had with many of our members, there seems to be an overarching attitude that they spend their daily lives balancing revenues with expenditures, so they expect state government to do the same," said Farrell Quinlan, NFIB/Arizona.
