Caesars Entertainment posts lower revenue for Q4 2012

Caesars Entertainment's net revenue during the fourth quarter of 2012 dropped 4.3% against that of the same period in the previous year, which the company attributed to closures at its Atlantic City, N.J., properties because of Hurricane Sandy. Caesars estimates that the hurricane cost the company up to $45 million in lost net revenue. However, Caesars' net revenue for full year 2012 was up $13.4 million, a 0.2% percent increase.
