Greek yogurt aims for inroads in schools

Students in New York will be served Greek yogurt in school cafeterias as part of a federally approved pilot program that begins April 1. The results of that pilot program, including taste tests, will determine whether similar efforts to introduce Greek yogurt in schools will spread nationwide. Officials in New York say they are awaiting guidelines on how to serve the yogurt, which has more protein than traditional yogurt.
