Miss. fitness program gives students "burst breaks" for exercise

The Mississippi fitness program Move to Learn gives teachers ideas for creating "burst breaks" that give students some exercise in the classroom. The program uses short videos and is based on studies that show that increased fitness may improve test scores and lead to less absenteeism and disciplinary problems.
