Low-mercury fish brand to hit groceries in California

Fish wholesaler Pacific Seafood Group and California grocer Holiday Quality Foods have teamed together to sell Safe Harbor, the country's first brand of low-mercury fresh fish. Other wholesalers and grocers, including Albertsons, reportedly have expressed interest in the mercury-testing technology that is being used to designate Safe Harbor products.
