White House wants JPMorgan's Ryan for international job at Treasury

The Bush administration will soon nominate a JPMorgan Chase banker to serve as the Treasury Department's point man on international affairs. Tim Ryan, vice chairman of financial institutions and governments at JPMorgan, would succeed Tim Adams, the undersecretary for international affairs, who earlier announced he was stepping down.
