Cadbury may look beyond lead creative Y&R for Dr Pepper project

Although Cadbury Schweppes reportedly has been in talks with four shops about a creative project for its Dr Pepper brand, a company spokesman said the account is not in review and that WPP Group's Y&R, San Francisco, will continue as lead creative agency. Y&R did not comment for this article.
