GM says it faces possible "going concern" warning from auditor Deloitte:

General Motors has informed the U.S. government's auto task force that its auditors, Deloitte, may issue a "going concern" notice, acknowledging doubts about the company's chances of survival, when GM files its 2008 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission in mid-March. After reporting a $31 billion annual loss, the automaker said it needs additional federal bailout money to stay in business and return to profitability.
