Healthy living could prevent up to one-third of common cancers

International researchers examined data on 12 common cancers and found that healthy living could prevent up to one-third of the cancers in the U.S. and other developed countries. The researchers said improved diets, exercise and weight control could prevent 45% of bowel cancer and 38% of breast cancer cases in the U.S.
