Much of marketing wisdom about women is incorrect, writes Anne Szustek. For example, while advertising would have you believe that women do the vast majority of the household chores, research shows that's not true. Also, contrary to popular belief, women like the color blue more than pink, and they are active in buying electronics and other products traditionally marketed to men.
