Youth learn about exercise, nutrition with Va. program

A program in Virginia seeks to curb childhood obesity by educating families about health and nutrition. The program, intended for children and teens ages 3 to 19, guides them in exercise four times a week with the help of a trainer and includes workshops on nutrition. A dietitian also visits families at home to help parents learn to prepare healthy meals.
