Cincinnati employers work on implementing wellness programs

A Bucks Consultants survey of 19 Cincinnati employers found 21% had a fully implemented wellness strategy, while 37% reported having a partially implemented program. All employers who had wellness programs said they offered participation incentives, including rewards and penalties, for participation.
