DISH wins all licenses in H Block auction

DISH Network emerged as the winner of the Federal Communications Commission's H Block auction as the bidding ended exactly at $1.56 billion, which is the amount DISH pledged to spend in exchange for the FCC agreeing to waive certain contingencies. DISH won all 176 spectrum licenses up for grabs, with proceeds going to subsidize the emergency communications network FirstNet.
