End-of-life discussion draws 200 in Mass. town

About 200 people in Northampton, Mass., attended a forum on end-of-life decisions, sharing personal stories and discussing the idea of a "good death." Dr. Joan Berzoff of the End of Life Certificate Program at Smith College School for Social Work and Baystate Medical Center said good communication is important in end-of-life care and encouraged people to fill out a "Five Wishes" advance directive so their families know their care preferences.
