Key building milestone reached for NYC's $1.5B Nano Utica initiative

A ceremony was held Thursday to commemorate the completion of the steel frame for the State University of New York Institute of Technology's Quad-C building, the first of several buildings that will comprise the $1.5 billion "Nano Utica initiative." The $125 million computer-chip commercialization center is ahead of its construction schedule, and is a "key" construction milestone for the initiative.
