W+K ads shows Facebook's place in real-world events

Facebook has launched three new ads that show people being active in the real world, but with the social network as the backing for support or organizing the event. The Wieden+Kennedy ads show people sledding on couches, training for a marathon and learning to tango, with shots of Facebook posts or messages interspersed. Facebook is sharing the ads through its own Promoted Posts in some markets.
